Technical organiser

The technical organizer is Nordic Travel AB, Hamntorget, Ystad. Nordic Travel is part of Norden Resor i Sverige AB, Sweden. We are registered with the Travel Guarantee Foundation (Denmark: rejsegarantifonden; Sweden: the Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency) in accordance with current Swedish law relating to package holidays.

Package holidays (hotel + ferry)

Terms of payment

The prices are given in Danish Kroner. The booking is binding, once it has been confirmed in writing or buy phone.

Payment

A deposit of 25% of the total price is to be paid. This sum is debited from your credit card 48 hours after the reservation is made. The remaining sum is debited 4 weeks prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 4 weeks of arrival, the total sum will be debited directly after the reservation is made.

Cancellation

You can cancel the booking without costs until the deposit has been paid (within 48 hours).

If you cancel more than 4 weeks before arrival, you will loose your deposit of 25% of the total price.

If you cancel less than 4 weeks and more than 2 weeks before arrival you must pay 50% of the total price.

In case of no-show, you must pay the full price.

Cancellation fee

It’s now possible to pay a cancellation fee of DKK 250 kr. and be covered in case of:

- the traveler or traveler’s spouse looses his/her job, unexpected illness documented by a doctor, death or accidents of the traveler, spouse or nearest family.

The cancellation fee will also cover if considerable damage has occurred in immediate connection with departure– and by police report documented:

1) fire or break in the customer’s private home

2) fire, break in or strikes in customer’s own business.

The cancellation fee must be paid at the same time as the deposit and cannot be refunded.

Making a claim

If a part of your package tour cannot be delivered in accordance with the confirmation, or if adequate alternative arrangements cannot be offered, you have the right to cancel your booking without having to paying any costs. You will be refunded the sum paid with deductions made for the value of any parts of the package you may already have used. If problems occur after arrival, you should try to solve them on the spot (e.g. at the hotel or at the golf course). If you wish to lodge a complaint upon returning,, you should contact the booking office first. Complaints relating to price deductions or compensation should be made as soon as possible and at the latest 2 months after returning from your trip, unless prevented by special circumstances.
